  • Workout: 16 minutes of Zumba video-side of shins really hurt like shin splints. 🙁 #
  • so last night I got home and totally ate too many chocolate oat bars and 2 glasses of skim milk…. #
  • Lunch: at the mall. chinese, fried rice with beef & broccoli and schezwan chicken with diet coke #
  • Dinner: chick-fil-a grilled chicken sandwich and banana and water #
  • Weight this AM: 193 === down 1.6 🙂 #
  • feeling quite achy this evening…. #
  • Snack: Plum & Water #
